Safe Handling |
Our shipping service includes terrific packaging to keep your treadmill desk in perfect condition when it arrives at your door. Our packaging not only has the normal cardboard and styrofoam packing materials internally, but we also use top grade lumber to crate each and every treadmill desk into safely moving cargo.

Tracking |
After purchasing your treadmill desk, you will receive a confirmation of purchase in your email. You will then receive a phone call just as the shipment is leaving our warehouse to ensure all of the order information is correct. You will then receive an email with the tracking number and delivering carriers website for easy tracking of your treadmill desk shipment right to your door.

Liftgate Service |
Your treadmill desk will be delivered with a liftgate on board the delivery semi truck which will easily lower the large crate weighing in excess of 200 lbs. slowly and safely into your driveway.

Residential Delivery Service |
Residential delivery is a standard service that we provide which delivers the treadmill desk unit directly to your residence. This service is normally an additional $89, but we include this cost in the delivery fee.

Commercial Delivery Service |
Commercial delivery service is available to any business in the US or Canada.

Notify Prior to Delivery |
We provide an extra service which is to notify each customer when the unit has left our warehouse via phone, and we provide a phone call prior to the actual deliver in order to schedule the time frame with you to ensure your presence. This makes it even easier to accept the delivery of your treadmill desk. The shipping company will not show up at your home unexpected.

Delivery Policy |
When your treadmill desk unit is delivered, the purchaser of the unit must be present for the delivery. The purchaser is required to inspect the packaging for damage, torn boxes, or holes in any of the packaging. The purchaser should not sign the delivery receipt until you are 100% sure that the product you recieved is in good condition. Damage that is noted will be covered by our warranty policy. Damages that are reported later with no exemptions on the delivery receipt will not be covered. The packages must be opened within 3 days of receiving them to ensure the product is in good condition. If damage is found internally with no damage to the outside of the box, call the shipping company and call us right away to report the issue. This type of internal damages must be reported within the 3 days in order to receive compensation.
We stand behind our units and our shipping quality 100%, but we do need your help to ensure that any damage that may be caused by the shipping carrier is reported properly so that we can obtain compensation for your benefit.

Warranty Coverage - 5 Year Parts Warranty |
The Signature Treadmill Desks are covered by a 5 year warranty. This is a parts only warranty. Labor is not included unless agreed to by your sales associate.
If there is a part that does not function correctly within the 5 year warranty period, the customer will be required to remove the part, and return it to our Warranty Department at 3926 Mobile Ave., Fort Wayne, IN 46805.
The shipping cost to return the part is the responsibility of the customer. The part will then be fixed, or replaced and sent back to the customer using a ground shipping service. Expedited shipping services are available for the additional cost associated with that service. The desk top is to be used as a computer desk.

Return Policy |
Returns are accepted on unopened items within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges.
Opened items may be returned up to 30 days after the delivery, less the shipping charges. Opened item returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee depending on the returned condition.
Returns are not accepted 30 days after delivery.
If your item has a defect, Signature will replace the defected part at no cost or have it fixed. If you would like to return the product due to a defective part, you could be subject to the above fees.
